2017 Equity in Job Search Symposium

The first annual Equity in the Job Search Symposium took place on May 8, 2017.

Over 70 members of the Yale community gathered to learn strategies for success during all stages of the job search process, learn about implicit gender bias, discuss Yale’s ongoing diversity initiatives, and brainstorm strategies for working toward a more diverse and inclusive campus.
